“We have been working with Jess from when we picked up our cocker spaniel puppy Remi from 8 weeks old. We messaged a few trainers but Jess stood out in the first phone call consolation we had with her, with not just how friendly and caring she is but how understanding and knowledgeable she is about dogs and more most importantly how she listened to what we want to achieve with Remi long term which is a family pet but to be able to tap into her Gundog instincts to make sure she lives a happy and enriched life, which you can see in her own dogs when you meet them as she proudly brings them to classes which is another sign of a great trainer.
